Jim Fisher is for your Penn. & New York flint foms . I would trust Mr. Fisher to give one of the best opinions of North Eastern forms. Mr. Fisher also could be your best bet for typology extreame NE Ohio.
Rocky Falleti is defined by many as the Best opinion for any form of slate form from the midwest. He also is acquired for his knowledged in any midwest stone artifacts. (330) 788-1589

Tom Davis authenticates midwest relics. Good knowledge of typology. Many desire his opinion for midwestern stone, and ceramic forms.
