Welcome to the "One Stop Cafe" This group has been set up in order to give those of us that have been brought up in care, whether it is with foster parents, in a home or even adopted, this is a place to meet and have a chat and make some new friends and maybe find some old ones along the way. Whether it is to talk over old times or resent; anything that is going on in our lives past or present; what you did today in general to our past experiences playing on your mind. This group is for you, whether you left care last year or 50 year's ago; we all share similar experiences good or bad and deal with things in different ways; some of us will have dealt with things along the way, others are still dealing with them but here young or old we can learn from each other and share our experiences and what worked for us, who we can turn to for information etc in various circumstances.
