"One of the People of Idaho"

(Hint: Are you a citizen of Idaho?)

Our goal is to promate the Common Law in Idaho. We will give some insites to the history, practice, application of and usage of the common law. We may also post Contract Law and links to the Universal Commercial Code, UCC, as well as links to the best free Law Library available.

Most of us have been down the wrong road to the ranters and ravers that say, "Our way is the only way"! Our common law may not be the only way, but it has been serving the sovereign man well for many, many years. We will try to provide information that is in use, not some half baked ideas that may work.

Please use this site to contact the other group members, not through your personal e-mail. There are those out there who would like to get our list of members. And I'm sure we all would like less e-mail.

Be courteous to others, no profanity, please. If you see we are not doing something correctly, cite us with case law as to the error of our ways.

This site is to be used to better organize our information on the subject of Common Law and its application. No Legal Advise, we are all councilors in law, not at law.

We will try to set-up pages, contact lists/links to only the best sites, dealing in common law, on the 'net today. We'll try to keep you informed as to the best way you can do your research in the shortest time.

Thank you for your interest. Got a comment, feel free to contact us at any time,

Big John
