Please Note that membership is per person. 

To Join:   You can join the Travel Club 3 ways:

1. At a Monthly Meeting (1st Tuesday of each month 7-30 in the Auditorium) The Executive are usually available from 7-00pm to take payments, memberships etc.

2. The 3rd Monday of each month the Executive are in the Bistro Area of the Club between 5pm and 6pm.

3. An application form is available at Reception as well as from the form page on this web site. When completed ask for it to be placed into our box at Reception or bring it along to our meeting.

Joining Fee is $6 per person. Membership is July to June.


PENSHURST RSL TRAVEL CLUB  BOOKING  CONDITIONS.

              1. No booking will be accepted or confirmed until a Deposit has been paid. 

 2. Payment of a Deposit will only include the member on the Tour if seats are available, allocation of a seat will only be  done once the final payment is received.

3. Once a Deposit has been paid and/or a booking space allocated, there will be no refund unless the seat can be allocated to another Member. No cancellation will be recognised unless the Payment Card is returned.

4. Final Payment is due on the date printed on the Payment Card. Failure to complete payment by that date will indicate that you no longer wish to continue on the tour and your seat will be made available to another member should a reserve list be in place

5. Any Complaints/requests are to be made to the Travel Club Representative on the Coach and not to the Driver.

6.The Tour departure time is printed on the Payment Card and Members are requested to adhere to this as well as any times given while on tour to board the Coach for departure. On tours of Three (3) days and longer a seat rotation will take place. Tours with a total of two (2) days and less there is no seat rotation.

7. The placing of an enquiry does not mean a confirmed booking, this is only notifying the Executive that should seats be available your Deposit/Full Payment is then to become a firm booking.

8. The Executive and/or the Coach Company/Captain have the right to alter any tour itinerary subject to the conditions available at the time of the Tour.

9. By not ticking the space on the application form concerning the publishing of your Photograph we will take it that you have agreed to allow us to do so.

EXTRACTS FROM THE CONSTITUTION.: (Constitution is available on request from Travel Club only)

12. (a) The Executive Committee have the right to refuse any person or person's admission to any function, trip or outing. Any person found acting in a manner detrimental to the Travel Club or Club Co-op, he/she will be cited, within seven (7) days of the said act to appear before the Executive Committee of the Travel Club or Disputes Committee of the Club Co-op. Failure to appear will mean automatic expulsion from the Travel Club.

(b) Any person wishing to rejoin who has membership cancelled or refused by the Travel Club must have his/her application presented to a full Monthly meeting of the Travel Club for a decision. The decision of the members present at that meeting will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The Travel Club and/or the Executive are not responsible for Members/guests attending any trip/function organised by the Travel Club. It is up to the Member/Guest to make themselves aware of all arrangements made for any trip/function and to adhere to those arrangements.
