Old Dominion Regional Council (ODRC 33) is one of two regional councils which form Zone C of Parents Without Partners. The other is Mid-Atlantic Regional Council (MARC) which covers Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland and Delaware.

Our Council is made of five chapters located throughout the state of Virginia, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Richmond and surrounding cities, and Roanoke  area (Blue Ridge).

These chapters provide programming for single parents and their children throughout the state, such as dances, discussions, arts & crafts, bowling, skating, camping, house parties, potlucks and more!
