Welcome! This is your group! It will be whatever you want to make it! Post your articles, invite discussions, introduce yourself and your expectations from Pilates and this group!

This group is for anyone interested in Pilates or any stretching exercise! Pilates has benefited many with health problems and those who just want to tone and shape their bodies. Pilates has also helped muscloskeletal diseases to become functional individuals again. I have been in the Health and Wellness business for over 20 years but just discovered Pilates after a back injury in 1998. It has performed miracles for me. There is something in Pilates for everyone no matter what your level or capabilities.

Share your knowledge and experiences with us! Let's make this a place to share and gain knowledge to enhance our experiences.

"In Ten Sessions You Will Feel Better, In Twenty Sessions You Will Look Better and in Thirty Sessions You Will Have A New Body." Joseph H. Pilates

Please place all links and ads on our LINKS page. Absolutely NO ADULT CONTENT.......This is a family group!
