Every town has its ghosts and legends, but not many ghosts can say they are the first place winner of the Fancy Knot Tying Contest for the last 3,000 years! The Flying Dutchman has been haunting Bikini bottom for centuries. Legend has it that when he died they used his body as a window display. Now he haunts the 7 seas because he was never put to rest. Every Halloween the Dutchman descends down into Bikini Bottom in his pirate ship looking for souls to steal...storing them in his Soul Bag! For years the Flying Dutchman has endured people making a mockery of him. One particular Halloween, while visiting Bikini Bottom, the Dutchman paid an unexpected visit to the Krusty Krab Halloween party. He took notice of SpongeBob's lousy attempt to immitate him and became furious! Just when the dutchman was about to steal everyone's soul, beginning with SpongeBob, he removed Sponge's costume...only to find the scariest, most hideous, most spine-chilling costume ever! It was so scarey that it sent the Flying Dutchman himself running away screaming!! What was this costume?
