Comb, face and wattles are a bright red.  The beak is dark horn and eyes reddish bay.  The ear lobes are white with no discoloration.  The leg shanks and toes are slate blue. 

The cockerel and pullet crest is black with white lacing and after the first moult  should be white with lustrous black lacing. 

The non bearded male wattles are rounded on the bottom and of even length with no disfiguration.  The wattle on the female is very small to non existant. 

The "v" shape comb on the male and female should be small to non existant.  

The bearded male and female beard feathers are white with lustrous black lacing with the beard extending to and hiding the ears. 

The neck, back and breast feathers are white with lustrous black lacing. 

The main tail feathers on the male are white with each feather laced with lustrous black, lacing widest at the end.  The sickles and coverts are white, each feather laced with lustrous black with the lacing widest at the end.  The sickes and coverts should cover the main tail feathers.  The female tail feathers are similar in color and at a 40 degree angle.  The male tail feathers are at a 45 degree angle. 

While the female wing fronts and bows are white, each feather laced with lustrous black, the male wing fronts are white, each feather laced with black and the bows are silvery white with a tendancy for lacing.  The wing coverts on male and female are white with black lacing widest at the end forming two well-defined wing bars.  The wing primaries on both male and female are white with feathers ending with black tapering to a point on the lower edges.  The wing secondaries are white with well defined black lacing, 

The body feathers are white with each feather laced with black.  The fluff is white tinged with black.
