Qantas Empire Flying Boats

From 1938 to 1950 Qantas operated 6 - C Class Shorts Empire Flying Boats. During WWII Qantas swapped 3 a/c with Imperial Airways. 4 of the a/c were impressed by the RAAF, some were returned later and some were destroyed by enemy action. Qantas also operated a number if IA a/c during this period. In this slide show I have tried to show all of the a/c of the period.
