Great family owned hostel.Less than a 15 min.walk from Donegaltown.Pickup service available to & from bus stop in town.Cost`s 7 pound`s a day.Has huge kitchen supplied with everything you need for cooking your meal`s. Nice large living room with real turf fireplace & T.V. Tent sites allowed on the lawn for 3pound`s a day, full use of the kitchen & bathroom`s &living room. Owned by Andy & Linda Cunningham & 2 daughter`s.Linda will do your laundry, but Andy won`t.He will however let you take him to the local pub.He also likes the guiness & your Marlboro lites.I liked this place so much,I stayed a week there before I went to Derry,& a week after I got back from Derry. During our last trip to Ireland, we decided to make it a bit more upscale. Using Ireland's Blue Book we found several places that we enjoyed immensely. In particular, we enjoyed Dromoland Castle in Co. Clare, Cashel House in Co. Galway, Dunbrody House in Co. Wexford, and Mornington in Co. Westmeath. Staying at Mornington was particularly enjoyable vas it gave us an opportunity to interaqct with the owners We also enjoyed Rivermount House B&B in Co. Cork which has a fantastic view and is a convenient drive from the town of Kinsale.

Jury's Inn, Galway

Jury's generally have a very good reputation, but this is not a pleasant hotel. The room wasn't quite clean and requests at reception were ignored.Avoid.

She has the best breakfast you can think of .... She is the nicest B&B inhabitant we met, and we had a lot .......... She´s helpful in any case She knows everything about the lovely area on the Mullet - Peninsula The rooms are clean and prepared with love There´s an appartment with selfcatering The isle has everything tourists expect from Ireland:sandy beach, stonecircle, tombstone, ringfort, chapel, old graveyard, Céide Cliffs nearby, irish speaking people, lovely village, pubs (we only missed the music), harbour, lonesome isles....... Pleasant pub with great food. Freshly caught fish a must. Super Irish Stew served in an oversized plant pot (well thats what it looked like). Fresh vegetables in season and some of the fluffiest potatoes cooked in their skins i have ever had.
