Close your eyes . . . Imagine the mist rolling . . . see it rising and feel it enveloping your entire body, protecting it - starting at your feet and working its way up your body until it completely covers you . . .
It is like the first mist of the early morning.
Feel your bare feet in the grass as it rises, protectively covering you - sheltering you from any negativity . . .
The rolling waves on the shore,
feel the water splashing up
on your legs, just enough to wet your feet . . .
Let nothing alarm you.
Relax - and let all negativity pass through you -
Do not allow anything to remain,
as the first morning mist envelops your body -
covering it completely and protectively
until all negativity has passed . . .
