| En 1996, au moment de l'affaire Dutroux, Regina Louf dénonça Tony Van den Boegaert qui l'avait prostitué dès l'adolescence. Elle dénonçait l'organisation de fêtes pseudo-sataniques, durant lesquelles des crimes étaient commis. Elle avouait le meurtre de Katrien De Cuyper, une adolescente de 15 ans qui avait été retrouvée six mois après sa disparition, enterrée dans une jachère du port d'Anvers. Elle était dans un état de décomposition avancé. L'autopsie révéla que le corps avait été plongée dans un puit d'acide, ce qui présume l'infrastructure d'une organisation criminelle.  Regina Louf parlait d'un réseau d'hommes et de femmes constamment à la recherche de personnalités à piéger. Elle nommait des gens fortunées, parmi lesquels des collectionneurs d'art, proches de la mouvance pédophile "Matzneff". La perversité était la mode, atteignant toutes les couches de la société. Rien donc d'étonnant à ce que certains aient été tentés.
L'enquête fut vite suspendue sous prétexte que les policiers auraient "manipulé les auditions". Regina Louf était insultée et traitée de folle, ce qui n'eut jamais été le cas si son témoignage avait accablé misère urbaine, plutôt que de personnalités. Depuis l'affaire Dutroux, la mode belge est aux traitements de faveur pour riches ou corrompus, sous prétexte d'une présomption d'intégrité dont les victimes et témoins sont privé. Pendant ce temps le Wekgroep Morkhoven, association de lutte contre les réseaux pédo- criminels, suivait les traces de Robbie Vander Plancken, un jeune belge impliqué dans l'affaire Temse/Madeira, lié à la production d'images pédo- pornographiques. Il était un des responsables des ventes pour le site "Apollo", la représentation Internet de l'ensemble du réseau Zandvoort. Dans leurs archives, un photomontage de Katrien De Cuyper avec un visage endolori, sur le corps d'un garçon. Les pièces des divers dossiers furent si bien dispersées, qu'il fallut neuf ans au Werkgroep Morkhoven pour découvrir que Tony Van den Bogaert était en contacte avec Robbie Van Der Plancken. Bien que les parents de Katrien ne croient pas que leur fille menait une double vie comme l'a dit Regina Louf, les contactes entre l'organisateur de rituels sataniques et le vendeur d'imagerie pédo- criminelles dont l'équipe manipula la photo de Katrien, donnent une autre dimension à son témoignage. Lorsque l'on comprend que toutes les victimes de lourds sévices durant l'enfance souffrent de séquelles, dont des confusions occasionnelles entre cauchemars et réalité, on comprend que Regina a pu faire une projection de sa propre adolescence, ce qui valide le fond de son témoignage, en tout cas sur les complices du meurtre. Robbie Vander Plancken est en prison pour le meurtre d'Ulrich, parrain du réseau. Encore à ce jour, Tony Van den Bogaert vit libre, à la frontière hollandaise, sans avoir été jugé. She named wealthy people, among which art collectors who knew well the paedophile movement Matzneff . Perversity was in the fashion, reaching all the levels of society. Thus, it is not surprising that some got tempted. The investigation was quickly suspended, under the excuse that the police would have "forged the hearings". Regina Louf was insulted and said to be mad, what would never have happened if her account had shown urban misery, rather than personalities. Since the Dutroux case, the Belgian fashion is to preferential treatment to the rich and the corrupted people, under pretext of an integrity presumption, of which the victims and witnesses are deprived. Meanwhile, the Werkgroep Morkhoven, an organisation for the fight of paedophile networks, followed the traces of Robbie Vander Plancken, a young Belgian national, involved in the Temse/Madeira case, linked to the production of child pornography. He was one of the sales manager of the "Apollo" website, the Internet representation of the Zandvoort network. In their archives: a photomontage of Katrien  De Cuyper, with a face in pain, on the body of a boy. The evidence of the various files were so well dispersed, that it took nine years to the Werkgroep Morkhoven, to discover that Tony Van den Bogaert was in contact with Robbie Vander Plancken in his address book. Though the parents of Katrien do not believe their daughter has led a double life, as Regina Louf said, the contacts between the manager of satanic rituals and the tradesman of pedo-criminal imagery whose team has manipulated the picture of Katrien, give another dimension to the account. When one understands that all the victims of heavy child abuse suffer from after effects, of which occasional confusion between nightmares and reality, one also understand that Regina could have well made a projection of her own adolescence, what validates the foundation of her account, at the least concerning the accomplices of the murder. Robbie Vander Plancken is in prison for the murder of Ulrich, the God-father of the network. Still today, Tony Van den Bogaert lives free, at the Dutch border, without having been judged. There is hardly any chance that the Belgian police do anything about it, as it posesses these datas for over eight years. |
