Qui, quoi, comment, pourquoi ?

Le site Regina Louf est une initiative de Fondation Princesse de Croÿ, en accord de l'équipe de Regina Louf. Il vise à constituer une base de données relative à l'affaire et un portrait fidèle de la femme, la mère, la directrice de manège, le professeur d'équitation et de ses activités pour la protection de l'enfance. 

 Who, what, how, why ?

The site Regina Louf is an initiative of the Foundation Princess of Croÿ, together with the team of Regina Louf. It aims to constitute a database related to the case, as well as drawing a genuine picture of the woman, the mother, the manager and teacher of her horse riding school, and her activities for child protection.  

Les animateurs sont les personnes responsables de ce site MSN.

Les animateurs adjoints ont les mêmes compétences que les animateurs, à l'exception du droit d'éradication du site et de modification du rôle des animateurs.

Les animateurs et les adjoints travaillent conjointement dans le but de gérer le site de manière juste et agréable. Les participants peuvent les contacter à tout moment par un courrier privé (page "nouveautés" dans la colonne de droite: Envoyer un message aux animateurs)

The Managers are the persons in charge for this MSN site.

The assistant managers have same competences as the managers, except for the right of eradication of the site and modification of the role of the managers.

The managers and assistant are working together in view to run the site in a fair and pleasant manner. The members may contact them at any time by a private mail, (page “What is new” in the column on the right: Send E-mail  to managers)

Réglement général

Le réglement général est régi par les règles élémentaires de courtoisie et de bon sens, visant à éviter les malentendus entre animateurs, participants, et adjoints.

1. Au début, la publication des messages doit être approuvée par un animateur ou un adjoint, aux fins:
   • D'éviter les communications inadaptées aux objectifs du site.
   • D’aider les nouveaux venus inhabitués au système MSN, à faire des messages sans retour de word, comme par exemple : <o:p></o:p><st1:City><st1:place>London </st1:place></st1:City>Ø
2. Les participants peuvent être invités, et même aidés à reformuler leurs messages, afin d’adapter leurs propos aux objectifs du groupe.
3. Si un message automatiquement accepté blesse accidentellement un membre de la communauté, les commentaires futurs de l'auteur peuvent être momentanément remis en modération.
4. Les participants ont un droit de réponse. Ils peuvent être assistés pour le rédiger de manière claire et dans le respect des codes journalistiques internationaux.
5. Les membres de la communauté savent que les divergences d’opinion ne justifient pas un droit à être grossier.
6. Les motifs d’exclusion d’un participant sont à prendre dans le sens large des termes utilisés, afin de protéger la communauté et comportent:

• Collusions et intrigues nuisant au projet;
• Entrave inutile et systématique au bon déroulement du projet;
• Sabotage des initiatives proposées;
• Messages et accusations publiques dans le but de blesser, humilier, discréditer, diffamer, nuire ou atteindre à l’honneur.

Le règlement peut être adapté et complété à tout moment

The Terms and Conditions are governed by basic rules of courtesy and common sense, aiming to avoid misunderstandings between managers, assistants and members.

1. At first, the publication of the messages must be approved by a manager or assistant, in view:
   • To avoid communications unsuited to the objectives of the site.
   • help the newcomers unused to the MSN system, to make messages without return of Word, such as : <o:p></o:p><st1:City><st1:place>London </st1:place></st1:City>Ø
2. The members may be invited, and even helped to reformulate their messages, to adapt their comments to the objectives of the group.
3. Should a message automatically accepted have accidentally hurt a member, the authors’ future comments may temporarily be set back in moderation.
4. Members have the right of reply. They may be assisted to write it in a clear way and within the respect of the international journalistic codes.
5. The members of the community know that the divergences of opinion does not justify the right of being rude.
6. Motives for exclusion of a member are to be taken in the broad direction of the set terms, in view to protect the community. It includes:

• Collusion and intrigue harming the project;
• Useless and systematic blockage of the good course of the project;
• Sabotage of the suggested initiatives;
• Public messages and charges with an aim of hurting, humiliating, discrediting, defaming, harming or offending reputation.
