                Hi Guv,

How are you and the RESA Rover Scouts?

Otherwise yesterday about 100 people were killed in Kenya violence a gain in Navisha town, a number of them were burnt in houses and some 6 scouts from western Kenya were killed using arrows.

The situation in Kenya is too bad, A bout 70 scouts from Navisha are here in mbale for help, what we have managed is to offer them with our old camping site to settle until Kenya stabilizes. I asked the scouts to help them with food, clothes, blankets and many others. Because we cannot leave our brothers and sisters in scouting suffer when we are there?

We are hoping to hear from you!

Finally, the national scout council will be held on Saturday,2 February 2008 at

kaazi campsite.

The youth forum will be held on Friday 1st February 2008.

We are going to elect the New National Executive commissioner, Uganda !!!!

Yours in HIM Dongo -
