| Lanyard: | Invested Sea Scouts should wear a bosun's pipe on a white lanyard |
| 1 | T-shirt* or under shirt (Crew Colour) may be worn under the Scout shirt, provided that the sleeves are not visible |
| 2. | Full Rovers should attach their shoulder knots to the epaulette with an RS bar |
| 3 | Headgear for Land Rovers consists of a British Green type beret Metal Badge (Arrow Head) |
| 4 | Headgear for Sea Rovers consists of a white sailors cap with a 'Sea Scouts' tally-band - or a navy-blue type beret with a metal anchor badge |
| 5 | A green Scout sweatshirt or Scout fleece jacket may be worn over the uniform in winter * |
| 6 | Females may wear culottes, skirts, or dresses *, which may be worn without stockings |
| 7 | Khaki green Scout shorts with green or brown Scout socks may be worn instead of long trousers * |
| 8 | Sea Rovers may wear a white belt with chrome 'Be Prepared' buckle |
| 9 | Scottish or Irish members may wear a kilt, (In a Crew where others may not wear them) |
| 10 | If applicable, the following additional items may be worn: |
| a) | BP Award badge ( Left epaulette) - all other badges must be removed |
| b) | Miniature Queen's Scout/Scouts Crown/Queen's Guide badge (bottom of left sleeve) |
| c) | Charge Certificate anchor badge (bottom of right sleeve) |
| d) | First Aid badge (bottom of both sleeves) |
| e) | Red and white Rover name tag (left pocket flap) |
| f) | Charge Certificate Campers (bottom of right sleeve) |
| g) | special Event badges as appropriate (as specified by Branch, but usually on the Left chest). Any other badge or item of uniform as the Crew, District, Region, Branch or National Rover Councils, or Branch or International Headquarters may authorise |
