He is owner of the Ashford Apartment building and is indeed related to James Sunderland from Silent Hill 2. There appears to be no connection between the two games. |
| Child:
Nothing is really known about him besides he is deathly afraid of the dark. He may have a connection to the orphanage discussed in Silent Hill 3. Also it is rumored that he plays a large role in the plot of the game. It has also been rumored that this is a flashback of Henry. |

During one of Henry's explorations into the alternate world he stumbles across Cynthia. She will follow Henry, as Maria did with James in Silent Hill 2. Her reasons are unknown but it is assumed she is a bad egg. |

Henry finds Jasper outside in the woods investigating a stone that is located there. His role is not yet known. |
| ? Cult Member ?:
Nothing is known about this man besides he is a possible enemy. Which leads us to believe he is apart of the cult from the previous Silent Hill's but this can not be confirmed. |
| Walter Sullivan:
This character was mentioned in Silent Hill 2. The picture to the left is not of Walter just an unknown character. The background of Mr. Sullivan is that he mutilated two children and then later, in the prison, killed himself by jamming a spoon into his throat. |
| Unknown Man:
This character looks a lot like Douglas from Silent Hill 3 but is NOT by all means. For some reason he is always after the child but his intentions and his importants to the plot is unknown. |
