Station Tera-Alpha rules and regulations that must be followed by all members and visitors. These rules are in addition to the MSN Code of Conduct. CHAT ROOM & MESSAGE BOARD RULES: GENERAL RULES: Chat room conversations should not exceed the rating of  PG13 (Parental Guidence suggested for anyone under 13, as in the movie rating) and/or T (Teen, as in the game or other media rating system). Never will any content that could be concidered R (Restricted, age 17 or above) or MA (Mature Adult, age 17-Adult) should be tolerated. Remember that anyone can read messages in the chat, including children.  CONTENT RULES:  1.) The Chat Room is on the subjects of Paranormal, Sci-Fi, and Anime, but we don't mind if chatters just want to hang-out.2 4.) No illegal content, such as, but not restricted to the following, Copyright infringement,  usage or construction information relating to bombs or other devices that may cause serious injury, or purposefully slanderous accusations. REASONS YOU GET KICKED/BANNED: Owners and Host of the Station Tera-Alpha MSN Chat Room will Kick or Ban a Chatter: 1) If a person violates the Rules for the first time, they will be Kicked 2) If a chatter returns and continues to violate Rules, they will be Banned 2) If a chatter is a "BOT" it will be banned for 24 Hours (if you don'tknow what this means, ask a Owner/Host) PICTURE POSTING RULES: GENERAL PICTURE POST RULES: All Pictures must  be rated G (General, as in the movie rating) and/or E (Everyone, as in the game or other media rating system), at this time. This may change, but for now, remember that anyone may see your Photos, Drawings, Graphics, or other visual submission, including children. If you have a post that you believe may not be suitable for all viewers, please E-Mail your picture as an attachment, to either the Manager or Asst. Manager for approval. PICTURE CONTENT RULES:  1.)     With exception to the "Members & Managers" Album PLEASE stick to the topic! Any of the subjects listed in the Suggested Topics List are acceptable, as well as anything related to them,  Paranormal or Sci-Fi in general. 2.)     As for the "Members & Managers" Album; this section is for actual Photos (Digital or Scanned from Hard copy) of our members. The photos must be an accurate depiction of that person, with a Description of either themselves, or the picture. All Posts of Members Pictures must be submited by the Member who's Picture is being posted, and please post no more than 3. 3.)     If you are posting an Un-Edited/Unaltered Picture, please state that it is true representation of an actual Object, Place, or Person, in the Description. 4.)     If a Picture is not a factual representation of an actual Object, Place, or Person, or if the Picture has been Edited/altered in any way, please make a clearly visable note in the Description. 5.)     No illegal content, such as but not restricted to the following, Copyright infringement,  usage or construction diagrams relating to bombs or other devices that may cause serious injury.
