Fiendly........oops.........friendly advice!

The vast majority of the events listed and organisations listed on this site, not all, but the majority are run on a voluntary basis.  So before attempting to attend any of them for the first time, make sure you get in touch with the appropriate contact first.  Thus ensuring that when you arrive you are not left hanging around the wrong place on your lonesome.  Also, if you don't like the sound of the voice on the other end of the phone or mail, you still have time to bail out!

 

Other good reasons for speaking to a contact first include finding out about cancellations.......most of the open rituals are held outside and we do tend to have a dodgey climate, course prices, donations towards speakers etc.

 

Basic common sense really!  So I appologise in advance to anyone who may feel patronised by this page!
