The Shannon Rise Lodge is a fully self contained Lodge that accommodates up to 7 people. We are centrally located in Tasmania's Central Highlands at Miena. The lodge has a magnificent view looking out over the Great Lake and Haddens Bay that can be viewed from our verandah.  The Lodge is in  heart of the " Wild Brown and Rainbow Trout Country". The Lodge is centally located to the famous Western Lakes approximately 20 minutes away and also within 20 minutes from the shores of Little Pine Lagoon, Penstock Lagoon, Arthurs Lake and 30 minutes to the Bronte System. All the lakes are guaranteed to meet all facets of Fly Fishing and general angling.
