Some people only seem to notice Circlers at fundraising events such as Carnivals
when they see us in the tea tent and i have been asked many times that other than
working in a tea tent what do we actually do????
They often have an image of us being middle aged ladies of leisure
who do not work and nothing better to do with our time than spend
it making jam and having coffee mornings wearing twin set and pearls.
In reality, we're aged between 18 and 45, most of us do work and in
Circle we've never made jam or worn twin set and pearls to
my knowledge!!!!
So, what can i tell you about Circle and
who of you out there might want to join?
Well, if you're 18-45 and looking for fun and
friendship then look no further than Circle for
whatever we do we have fun doing it!!
For example, ten pin bowling, cinema trips,
golf, swimming, toboganning, rock climbing
and meeting for a meal, a chance to catch up
on news and look forward to future events.
We also have lots of joint events with our brother
organisation Round Table www.roundtable.org.uk
such as parties, carnivals quiz nights and family
events such as camping, walking or cycling.
Thus, whether you're single or married, with kids
or without, Circle has something to offer you.
