Silver Firs II Community Forum

A voice for the residents of Silver Firs II

Welcome... this is your free community forum.

Specifically, there will be no editor or controlling party.  This forum is a volunteer effort by homeowners of the Silver Firs Homeowners Association Phase II and is completely separate from the board of directors (the controlling body of our association).  As a reminder, free speech does mean that responsibility and common sense is needed from those who speak.  Read and abide by MSN's Code of Conduct, and please be respectful and courteous.

 Some Uses of This Forum

For Sale / Wanted - Trying to get rid of those 2-sizes-too-small bell-bottoms?  Looking for a Picasso?
Home and Garden - Have any tips and hints? Have news about recalls?
Businesses and Services - Do you like to babysit? Do you teach piano? Do you own a company?

3.  Have fun - That's what it is all about.

Do You Know...

Monitor Our HOA - Do you know how your dues are being spent?  Just like any small town, we need a voice that is separate from elected officials, so we can make sure they are monitored for effectiveness and make sure everyone has a voice.  Attend monthly board and committee meetings and report back on your observations.

Learn about important issues facing our association... and discuss them with your neighbors. A key characteristic of a successful homeowners association is informed and involved homeowners. Become informed and become involved.

Any requests, questions, or concerns you want addressed by the board of directors should be directed to our association per this contact list. The website of our homeowners association is maintained by the board of directors and can be found at http://www.silverfirs2.org.
