All in a day
Sarah's Daily Skating Schedule

(Here I am at a competition when I was 9 years old)
Each day is slightly different but involves most of the following Monday through Friday:
*Very light breakfast
*Stretch before Freestyle and off-ice warm up.
*Freestyle sessions 8:30 am and 10:45 am
*Light lunch
*Homeschool
*Afternoon skate sessions (1:30 pm - 3:30 pm)
*Help with either LTS class, off-ice classes, therapuetic or Theatre on Ice and then do more schoolwork.
*Tae Boxing 3 to 4 times per week with Master McGowan and also Hapkido following the tae boxing.
*Cardio work out in the exercise room.
*Dinner is strange in our family. Evenings are so full that sometimes it is in between activities or not at all and I just eat snack late because I'll be starved, ha!
*Shower/hot bath
*Stretch/watch TV/play on computer/read or more schoolwork.
*Bed
Saturdays:
Skating session in early morning and then edge class around 9 am followed by high level power class at 10:10 am. Help with LTS at 10:35 am until noon. Hapkido at 12:15 pm.
