97.031 Cora Brown Fund - Funds made possible by a bequest of funds from the late Cora C. Brown of Kansas City, Missouri, who left a portion of her estate to the United Statesfor the purpose of helping victims of natural disasters not caused by or attributed to war.

97.033 Disaster Legal Services - Provides legal assistance to individuals affected by a major Federal disaster. Free legal services, including legal advice, counseling, and representation in non-fee-generating cases are provided, except as provided in paragraph (b) in Part 206.164. Fee- generating cases (i.e., part of a settlement awarded by the court) shall not be accepted by lawyers operating under these regulations, and will be referred by the Regional Director through existing lawyer referral services. When the President declares a major disaster in which individual assistance programs are triggered, legal services and advice are made available to victims who are unable to secure such services as a result of the disaster.

97.034 Disaster Unemployment Assistance - Provides special federally funded weekly benefits to workers and self-employed individuals who are unemployed as a direct result of a Presidentially-declared major disaster, and who are not eligible for regular Unemployment Insurance benefits paid by States.

97.048 Federal Assistance To Individuals And Households Housing - Provides assistance to individuals and households affected by a disaster to enable them to address their disaster-related housing and other necessaryexpenses and serious needs, which cannot be met through other forms of disaster assistance, insurance, or through other means.
