LIHEAP/Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Division of Energy Assistance/OCS/ACF - LIHEAP is a federally-funded program to help eligible low income households meet their home heating and/or cooling needs.

Partnership For Home Energy Efficiency -
Link Up - Link Up support reimburses local service providers for providing discounted connection charges to eligible low-income consumers. Consumers qualifyingfor Link Up support are eligible to save up to 50 percent on installation fees (not to exceed $30). In addition, participants may also work with their telephone company to establish deferred a payment schedule for remaining costs of up to $200.
