Very often Canadian Legion’s and Churches rent out their halls to different groups (Scout’s, Guides, AA-Groups, Square Dancers, Seniors Clubs, Social clubs, Play groups name a few) IT's a good idea to contact local Churches or Legion office to see what activates they host. Also as part of their community outreach Churches and Legions rent out their extra space for community events at a fair-rate..If you are looking to start up a program contact their office about Hall-rentals.
call your local Borough office or City Hall for a listing of Recreation-Culture events and Sports youth Sports Clubs within your community..If they don't have the service you are looking for...Contact another City or Borough office it see what they offer...(the rate's charged maybe higher for non resident, but still are often lower then private centres) GO
to main South Shore Web-page Links for contact information for your Borough or City Recreation dept.
