ALIEN ABDUCTIONS: PART SIX.

StarSeeker’s experiences - as many abductees - seem to go beyond alien interaction and into the realms of ‘spirituality’. At least that is the impression we get when she refers to a native American Indian aiding her in her pain and anguish, with regards to her childhood sexual abuse from her uncles. It is interesting that in the majority of alien interaction cases, the Greys can appear to present themselves in different forms, i.e. owls, deers, cats and even humans. But in my own reasoning, I believe what could be happening is that the abductees' brain is replacing the image of the Grey with a much more gentle image, so when the event is remembered the brain replaces the harsher images with more less frightening images to protect the abductee. Also, perhaps the Greys can create an illusion within the mind of the abductee during an abduction event - this has been reported in many cases. The abductee can be made to feel he/she is looking at a human, when in fact he/she is looking at a Grey, a technique known as mind control, which is a common occurrence within alien abductions. Whether this native Indian (in the case of StarSeeker) was truly a native Indian, we cannot but accept the experience the way it was perceived and told by the perceiver.

An example of this mind control, or of the brain switching from a frightening image to a more benevolent image can be seen in the following childhood experiences my mother had. She recalls around the age of 14 of being in bed, and of opening her eyes in the early hours of the morning to see a small dwarf like figure wearing a cloak and hood. It stood motionless by the side of the bed, and just seemed to be staring at my petrified mother with a smile that appeared ignorant of the distress it was causing her. My mother closed her eyes and reopened them, only to see the little figure still standing there! She was paralyzed during this experience, and her eyes were the only part of her body that she could move. She tried to scream, but could produce no sound. It was either just before or after this event, that she then spoke of a night when she was again in bed, and had just turned over on to her left side to get more comfortable. It was then that she observed a face looking in at her through the window – a face she thought was that of her granny who had recently died. No matter how many times my mother closed or hid her eyes from this apparition, it remained there ‘fixed’ at the window, as if looking in at her. Again, the smile was there, just like on the face of the dwarf. I speculate whether this image of my mother’s granny was truly her granny! It is interesting that the abductee Whitley Strieber saw an ‘owl’ at his window looking in at him, and now speculates whether this was a screen memory his brain conjured-up to replace the face of a Grey alien being. Did my mother’s brain conjure-up the face of her granny to replace the image of a Grey?

The apparent involvement of dead relatives along side the Grey beings are very interesting. In some cases the beings have introduced the abductees to their relatives - who had passed on days, months or even years before. This seeming connection between dead relatives and the beings could have several possible explanations. When a Grey is perceived and then remembered, is it the brain replacing the image of the Grey with that of a friendlier image, i.e. a relative?

Going back to StarSeeker’s experience of the Native American - was the Indian really an Indian, or was it a Grey? Or is it that the abductees are more finely ‘tuned’ into their surroundings than the average person, and will therefore interact with all aspects of the greater reality of the universe? StarSeeker also spoke of sexual abuse in her childhood. In John Mack’s excellent book ‘Abduction’, he speaks of his surprise at the large number of abductees or experiencers that have suffered the humiliation of sexual abuse within their families. Abductees have not only suffered with sexual abuse, but all kinds of family troubles such as a lack of love and compassion. This leads many researchers to conclude or theorize that all alien abductees are mentally dysfunctional people, who through their abuse and troubled life seek escapism through fantasy; or that the abductee is mentally troubled and believes his/her experiences as real. It must be stressed however that not all abdutees have had sexual abuse, on the contrary, many abductees have healthy family relationships with no physical abuse either sexual or violent shown towards them. So perhaps the sexual abuse that some abductees exhibit is not the make-up of a person claiming alien abduction. Many abductees have spoken of being healed and cared for by the ET's after sexual or violent abuse from certain members of their family.
