Using In-Plant For Wool:
For delicate fibers. Is Safe for use on all natural and synthetic fibers. Formulated to be self-neutralizing. Is effective in using in a no rinse operation leaving low residue. Safely used in a automatic mixing (Carburetion) systems. Can be used in Pit Cleaning Operations.
Directions:
Plants with automatic mixing (Carburetion) systems: Concentration of IN-PLANT FOR WOOL, ready to use, should have a range of 0.15% to 0.25%. Generally their plants have a concentrate tank. A 4.0% concentrate is first made as follows:
Pit Cleaning ( Floor Scrubbing) Plants That Scrub With a Rotary Machine, Then Rinse and Wring:
Recommended concentrations for this method range from 0.20% to 0.25%. To make100 gallons of ready to use IN-PLANT FOR WOOL, having range 0.20% to 0.25% dissolve 1 1/2 pounds to 2 pounds of IN PLANT FOR WOOL in luke warm water.
For No Rinse Operation:
Recommended concentration is 0.25% to 0.4%. Scrub rug with this concentration and merely send through wringer without rinsing. Reduces browning dramatically.
