Arts & Wellness Festival
Step by Step clubhouse is very proud to announce we have again been funded by ENTERGY for our 8th Annunal Art & Wellness Festival. We would like to take this opportunity to once again thank ENTERGY for there support with the Clubhouse's mision to educate the community on combatting the stigma of mental illness. The A&W Festival is a great way to accomplish this mission with providing information on mental health issues and services.
This year the Fest will be June 7th, 10am - 6pm or so. Gypsy Red is our Host band, and we do appreciate John and Cherie Sardella for there support of this event, they have been with us from the start, throught rain ,wind, cold..... and yes some sunny days too!
Jamie Notarthomas and friends will be groovin' in Vorhees park again this year as well. Jamie puts on great show... and there is still no cover charge at the A&W Festival , so all of this for FREE!
Been Bassett from Unique Peespectives in Syracuse will plays some music from his new CD and will have them for sale at the show.
Kia Marie will be helping with Drum Circles ...bring your drum of there will be some extras around so you can give hand drumming a try. Please no rings while drumming, THANKS.
New this year is Jeremy & Nate, They play some original toons but play some old favorites.
Dennis Delaney will be back with his powerful voice to smooth you with the oldies from the 50's & 60's. If your lookinf for a little counry Bonnie B. Goode will be there to sing your blues away. Look for Dennis & Bonnie on our float in the Fulton Memorial day parade. (Saturday)
Come and have lunch Peg and Martian wil be cookin' up goodies with the members and volunteers.
We will have raffles, 50/50, art display and sale, you can get a space at the A&W Festival by contacting me at the clubhouse.
