SCUBA DIVING is a challenging and exciting sport that can be enjoyed in the UK and abroad through out the year

DIVING ABROAD, if you are thinking of a future holiday scuba diving abroad, forget spending 10 hours in a hot and sticky class room burning up your valuable leisure time while on an expensive holiday, let Stourport Divers teach you to dive in your spare time (even through the winter months) so that you can be ready qualified before you go.

YOUR OWN PACE, as we have found people learn at different rates you will be free to learn as much or as little as you wish in the time that you are a member of Stourport Divers, i.e. you are free to fast trak or learn at your own pace, there is no pressure to learn in a pre set amount of time,

YOUR BEST INTERESTS, the main reason to learn with an SAA club like Stourport Divers has to be that we only have your best interests at heart and won’t push you to do anything your not ready for,

   So, here are

the 10 very good reasons to choose Stourport Divers

1, You are free to learn this exciting new sport at your own pace and can take the time to absorb the technical info,

2, Your training will usually be on a “one-on-one” basis and we have both male and female instructors

3, All training is done in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere plus an option of a   or  afterwards

4, You can utilize club equipment (free of charge) as you go through your basic training and after your qualified use of the club boat for dive trips,

5, You will have a wide bunch of buddies to go diving with plus You will make a lot of new friends as there is a good social side of the club with events arranged throughout the year

6, You will have access to associated subsidised courses supplied by the S.A.A. like boat handling, VHF radio, under water photography, 1st aid ect.

7, Club dive trips and holidays in the UK and abroad are organized throughout the year, divers families are more than welcome to come along,

8, Because Stourport Divers is a “not for profit” club run by volunteers, learning to dive with a club is cheaper, your club membership fees only go towards running the club and maintaining the equipment that you use as a member,

9, If you wish, you can become involved in helping to run the club and/or become a scuba diving instructor yourself !!!
