PUPPY PURCHASER APPLICATION: Thank You for your interest; it is of utmost importance to me to place my beloved puppies in the proper homes. Please complete the following application and email (or regular mail) it back to me; I will then contact you to discuss the possible purchase of one of my puppies. If everything goes well, you may then send me the $200.00 deposit by using PayPal at the bottom of this page or by mailing me a check. Once I receive your deposit, your puppy will be reserved for you (puppies are chosen in the order that approved applications and deposits are received). The balance will be due when you pick up your puppy, or before I ship your puppy to you.
