Khazan the Mystic Dragon

Light-strands - emits a vortex of thin, glowing strands of light from his claws that can wrap themselves around an opponent to bind their legs, wings, and tail. Can also be used as a single strand that he can loop around an object and use to pull it toward him. The effect lasts only about a minute before fading out.
Starburst - his eyes can emit bright flashes of light, that can momentarily blind an opponent. He can only use this attack about once an hour, needing the extra time to recharge.
Invisibility - can become invisible for several seconds at a time - but still casts a shadow, and his outline can be seen in smoke or fog.

History: Khazen was born in a far-distant land, and was raised by his mother after his father left while he was very young. His mother, a wise and powerful Mystic, told him stories of the land she came from, a place called the Haven. He had never seen any other dragons besides his parents, so when he was old enough he left home to explore as much of the world as he could see. He was particularly interested in finding the Haven if he could.
He is bright and inquisitive, and while he doesn't like to fight, he will if he has to. Since he was never formally trained, his methods would be something that most dragons wouldn't expect. Being around other dragons will be pretty much a new experience for him.

Sonic Scales - Can emit a field of magical "vibration" across her scales, making it very difficult for an opponent to get a grip on her and even helping somewhat to deflect physical blows.
Star Cone - Can project a whirling cone of tiny, burning-hot "stars" in front of her, that can inflict small but nasty burns if they strike.
Prescience: Occasionally hears a "voice" inside her head that may (or may not) warn her of mortal danger, or set her on a new life path.

Roar: Deep and rumbling, like thunder
Bio: Ravendra had the "honour" of being one of those rare goddess dragons that was hatched to a pair of BD's. Her first memory was watching her parents' heated argument over what to do with her arrival - which they assumed was the result of some intruder leaving a foreign egg in their nest. A small "voice" in her head told her that if her mother won the argument, she'd "only" get her wings torn out and be thrown from the nest; if her father's view prevailed, she wouldn't be alive long enough to worry about it. And so, when the two BD's resolved their disagreement, their new daughter was nowhere to be found. She'd escaped, and made her way into the outside world. It was then that the "voice" bestowed her true name on her: Ravendra.
She would have died in the hostile wilds, but some turn of fate always seemed to intervene and save her. She eventually made her way to the seacoast, where a friendly water dragon carried her to another island where she could survive and grow up in relative safety. Once there, she met a group of dragons who recognized her for what she was and brought her into their group - which lived by raiding one group of humans who lived on the island, while living in the lands of their rivals. For nearly fifty years she remained with them, and even began to have romantic felings for their leader, a dragon named Zarad. But Zarad began to suspect Ravendra of competing for his position, msitaking her regal bearing for a veiled challenge. And Ravendra heself was uncomfortable living in a situation where she and her companions actually seemed to be taking sides in a conflict between humans. Finally she spoke up against this - and her "voice" warned her yet again, this time about Zarad. She only just managed to parry his attack when he tried to strike her from behind - and when the battle had finished, only one dragon left the scene alive.

Physical Combat: He excels in wrestling and claw-to-claw fighting, and has more than once been able to subdue an attacker without harming them by using the equivalent of a wrestling hold. If necessary, he can be far more damaging with these skills, but he does so only as a last resort.
Lightning-Whip: When he snaps his tail at an opponent, it emits a strong electric discharge that resembles a bolt of lightning. Depending on the range and the power used, he can badly injure an opponent, although only at very close range; more often it is used only to stun an attacker.
Invisibility: He can make himself invisible, but only for a short time (about a minute)

Bio:
Nexxon was trained from the time of hatching as a warrior, and has spent much of his life traveling the Haven and aiding those he feels to be in need. This sometimes causes problems, when those he wants to help do not actually feel themselves to be in need. (In human terms, his lifestyle would resemble that of a Knight-Errant of a Japanese Ronin). However, he does not actively look for trouble, on the theory that it will find him on its own (and it usually does). Rather, he is a gentle, even fun dragon who is fond of telling stories and engaging in whatever pleasurable activity a given situation might offer. But when threatened - or when he is engaging in the protection of another - he can be a very dangerous dragon.
