Slim McCarroll R.I.P.

A good man passed away today (9/27/07). A good woman has lost the love of her life and two young boys are left without a Father that loved them dearly and I wish I weren't typing this now. Slim recently found that he had been suffering from Graves Disease but seemed to be well on the road to recovery, or at least controlling the illness. Yesterday, I'm told, he was at work with a smile on his face, tonight I mourn the passing of a dear friend. He lived his life without regrets. Like all of us he had his ups and downs but he always seemed to appreciate it all!! A ripping skater and the founder of the Texas Nomad Division of the infamous Jak's Team... he was in many ways my older brother, he was always my friend, and I am devastated and in shock!!! I will miss you forever, Flaco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
