I wonder how much money EXXON earned on their 'bad product'

Why Exxon used a bad product  *

& How you would feel, if harmed by 2-butoxyethanol *

The kind of dispersants used in 1989, 1990 in Prince Wm Sound
were very harmful.

RCAC has recently taken a position against using such dispersants

 RCAC position

I hope that the US Coast Guard & EPA will take note.

Nor use any 2-butoxyethanol products in ballast water treatment, either.

And more thoughts:

The Legacy of the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill

How to purchase a book?
for those who want to buy it?

Award-winning
Sound Truth and Corporate Myths: The Legacy of the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill (2005) reveals the new science showing that oil is much more toxic toxic than previously thought to humans and wildlife. Sound Truth provides critical new information
for people working in oil issues and educators.

Also with excerpts with workers ... & interviews with some of them

Any others like Evan Lange?
"Yes."

At least they could have told him what chemical he should avoid and what health issues they did find
____________

So, if the punitive damages will be paid ... is that a for sure now?
"No. Exxon is expected to appeal to the Supreme Court to argue that punitive damages should not apply in this case."

Goes to people on the list already of oiled communities, right?
"Goes to 32,000 claimants in court-approved Plan of Allocation in 1996.
They include fishermen and others who work in the oiled region but who live Outside."
