Group only friendly to those friendly towards the late actor Jonathan Brandis.
TO2B does not have board rules, we call upon the members' own common sense towards posting - I'd prefer any statement to be a guideline. Even after the death of JB, we strive for freedom of speech. Still, there are a couple of things that seem to be a repetitive issue - a few examples of what should not be done:
- Questioning other members identities publically. Sometimes we have members who claim to have known Jon, I (Karin) I'm always neutral on this issue; I refuse to take a side, because I can't tell. Anyone who breathes down any members back that falls outside of the category good healthy discussion (and yes, you know exactly when that is) - is taking the risk of getting banned.
- Do not ask the moderators to delete a topic because someone has a different opinion than 80% of this group. Yes, it may be a generally not accepted opinion, but you can hit the reply button to tell them what you think in an argumented and neat way - can't you?
- Religion topics (which naturally can turn up after someone died) are fine, as long as you don't force your views upon others.
-In posting spam on the messageboard you run the risk of having your post deleted and being banned. - If you upload pictures to the group's photo album, please do not expect other people not to use them. The pictures in our archive uploaded by members are for everyone and by everyone. If you don't want others to use certain materials, do not upload them into our group albums.
The above is subjected to additions.
Any complaints about members that do not have common sense in posting, should be sent to the moderators directly. Please include the thread and message number and your email. If you do not, your complaint might not be handled if necessary. Also please note that we have the right to moderate on the group guidelines msn has had you to agree on when subscribing to a group.
