Recruitment continues..........

Ok guys, here's the deal....

     We don't need to stop tryiung just because we have no recruitment events. Bring your freinds to a Scout Meeting one Tues. Night! Let one of the leaders know ahead of time and we'll see what we can do to help. Warm weather's comming and we might be able to start an early meeting activities time. Softball, Basketball. Bike Racing, Volleyball, any other suggestions? YOU run the troop, we leaders just keep things in order, keep you on track, keep you in line, and keep your plans within plausible areas. We need your suggestions to make the troop better.

    Open house comming up in the late summer, we ned to start on it NOW if it's gonna be a success. Posters, Flyers, and your suggestions. We had a good open house last year, but we can do better. what worked last year, what didn't? It's Your troop, and it's success or demise is in your hands.

    Can I make a suggestion? every one loves social events, how could we make a social event involving the troop? maybe a party or something???  I've heard tell of a church that has a dance function every week, maybe we can get something together like that? let me know, drop me a few suggestions, it all has to go through the committee, but if it's a good idea, you know I'll back it up. Any Ideas can help. We need to get more involved. we also need to remember that we have to work on advancement. you supply the idea, I'll find some way to involve scouting.
