- TRY ORDERING FROM THE LIGHT MENU AT RESTAURANTS
- IF YOU SLIP UP, FORGIVE YOURSELF AND GET BACK ON TRACK...DON'T FOCUS ON YOUR MISHAPS!
- DON'T EXPECT TO BE PERFECT AND NEVER GIVE UP!
- GET SUPPORT FROM YOUR SPOUSE, KIDS, FAMILY AND OR FRIENDS...RECEIVING ENCOURAGEMENT & SUPPORT FROM OTHERS WILL HELP KEEP YOU MOTIVATED
- PLACE "BEFORE" PICS AROUND TO REMIND YOURSELF NOT TO SLIP BACK INTO OLD HABITS & TO REMIND YOURSELF HOW FAR YOU'VE COME!
- TAKE LOTS OF PROGRESS PICTURES AND BE PROUD!
- DON'T EXPECT WEIGHT LOSS RESULTS OVERNIGHT
- THINK POSITIVE...NEGATIVE THINKING DOESN'T DO YOU ANY GOOD, IT HOLDS YOU BACK FROM ACCOMPLISHING YOUR GOALS!
- MOTIVATE YOURSELF BY DAYDREAMING ABOUT YOUR NEW BODY THAT WILL SLOWLY BUT SURELY DEVELOPE... KEEP THAT IMAGE IN YOUR MIND WHEN YOU'RE TEMPTED TO OVEREAT OR WHEN YOU'RE MAKING EXCUSES NOT TO EXERCISE
