GREEN BELT TECHNIQUES <o:p></o:p> Double Wrist Grab Escape <o:p></o:p> a) Attacker grabs both wrists<o:p></o:p> b) Your right hand reaches across and grabs the attackers right wrist, be sure to push down on your right arm when you reach his right wrist. This movement must be done with a lot of momentum.<o:p></o:p> c) Your left wrist will come free.
