Cellian Facts

If you ever make up one of your own, they are gladly accepted in RPs (pure original characters though of yours are accepted even more)^_^ just don't make them all powerful, it wouldnt be fair ^_^'

The cellians are Powerpackers in thier fighting tournaments and in real life.
Females' hair are commonly two colors. Uncommon for just a single color.
Males' hair is rarely tri-colored.
It's not very common that males have long hair styles.
When pure anger or jealousy is within the fighter, thier power increases a big amount.
If they get distracted by someone or something, thier power decreases, which could be fatal.
Cellians often show off fighting skills to attract the oppisite gender, or to make thier opponent feel inferior to them and be scared.
The most common yet powerful element that is to be born in a cellian is the element of Fire and Thunder (Electricity).
The uncommon element is Psychic, born to gifted females, rarely males.
Water is also uncommon, when the user knows what he/she is doing, they can kick butt like any other.
The most rare one is almost a like a myth, since little population on Neogiah have the power. It is the element of wind. They are born powerful to begin with and they work thier way up. They tend to have mood swings. This causes a few wars between the people.
Some are born with 2 elements, ones with two elements are not very common. It depends on the parents' Elemental holding. For example, Terry is 90% fire Element and the little 10% of the rest is Psychic. It is Vise versa with Tina, she just doesn't use the little percentage of fire abilities she possesses.
Sometimes Cellians use metal or other types of weapons for defense not just thier elemental attacks.
Another big event happens when a Cellian is enraged enough, they focus energy in their backs and form Elemental wings for flight. Thier back muscles have a slight biuld up spasm, then they emit the wings, which boosts up speed and power to the angry one. Normally, they can't fly, but run incredibly fast. They need assistance from technology to be able to fly, like thier space ships they created. (I decided I'm not going to use this in my main story. Yet side stories with random characters...maybe ^^ )

Hey! I just decided to add something for the forgotten Stilognois! (my cat people) I have made up random cat people but they really have no story purpose -yet- ..I am planning one...but it wont be planned until I am done with my RFS story...-sorry folks that'll be awhile, it's planning to be a war story type of thing XD ..some of these I'll make up as I go-

Some little facts are here:

1. They live in different catagories, according to appearence, like cheetah looking, lion looking, that type of thing. They may have different body structures as well.

2. Most of them are pretty serious.

3. They wanna kill the Cellians (I have to plan up a reason why first =P )

4. Women usually only have 4-6 kids. (Depends)

5. Those kids start to get trained by around the age of 5.

6. The bulkiest/strongest Stilognoi are top leaders in packs.

7. Some areas on thier planet have nothing to do with fighting and they are free..some underground homes for thier sake.

8. They don't have fighting elements, but in replacement, they have weapons and brute force.
