No Spamming (you may advertise your own site, and we will post a link to it, if it is related to our topics, but don't repeat things over and over again.) No Adult Content (This includes pictures, links, and messages.) Do Not discuss illegal content (Some examples would be, hacking, stealing, and virus sending.) Your account is your responsibility. If someone else uses it, you are responsible for their actions. No one is to run any contest where member have to pay to enter (like donating items or neopoints), except Managers. No one is allowed to change their member name without having premission from either TechMan or Donna. Discussing things that could potentially be harmful to this club is not allowed (examples are Winball Hacks, Point Cheat's and items not yet published by Cartoon Orbit (i/e posting unfinished info cards)) You must enter your account info into the Member Directory to win club prizes. If you break any of these rules you can be banned from this site, at our discretion. (banned means kicked out). We try to be fair, but if we see that you are acting inappropriately, we will ban you, to make the site safe for others.
