An Egyptian Book of Shadows

By Jocelyn Almond & Keith Seddon.
If you are at all interested in doing Ritual with an Egyptian flavor, this is the best book that I have read that Celebrates the Eight Pagan Holidays in this fashion. I have been using these Rites to celebrate all of the seasonal Festival Days. I really love this book and I highly recommend it as there is really nothing else like it. The Rites are  composed entirely of Ancient Egyptian religious texts that have been adapted for modern use and are very powerful! Dr. Jocelyn Almond is a Priestess-Hierophant of the Fellowship of Isis, which is one of the great links I have listed, as I am also a member (its easy!) and they have a fabulous website that you should check out! Lots of interesting stuff. This book is a must have if you need a starting point to doing Egyptian Rites for all of the Seasonal Festivals. I love these rituals and I havebeen posting them on the Message Board so that everyone can use them. I have been studying with Jocelyn for the past 6 months for my FOI Magi degree.

Awakening Osiris

By Normandi Ellis.

This is THE most beautiful and deeply moving translations of the Egyptian Book of the Dead (Book of Coming Forth by Day) in print. This incredibly breathtaking book is profound, gorgeously written and the most beautiful words I have ever read. It never ceases to bring tears to my eyes and wonderment and awe to fill my eyes as I read the words that make my heart sing with Love for the Gods!  Its a book that you MUST own and is a wonderful addition to your collections of inspired works that you will read forever.... You must read this! I love to meditate on the words and let them speak to me. Awakening Osiris has so many beautiful and profound passages to reflect on. O so highly recommended. AWESOME WORK OF ART. SIMPLY A MASTERPIECE.

Feasts of Light

By Normandi Ellis.
Another absolutely fantastic book from the author of Awakening Osiris, Normandi Ellis.

As the title explains, this profound book is the Celebrations for the Seasons of Life based on the Egyptian Goddess Mysteries and is an excellent resource for the Myths of Ancient Egyptian Goddesses and Normandi is a rich fund of thoughts and ideas about the many ways to know Them, love Them and work with Them to change your life in the most positive, enriching and spiritual ways. I love this book so much.
She writes so incredibly beautifully that her every word is a poem. I also highly recommend this book to all. Especially if you are interested in celebrating ALL of the Ta-Meran Festivals, this book is a MUST HAVE and another sacred treasure from the wonderful Normandi Ellis!!

Isis in the Ancient World

By R. E. Witt.
This is a fantastic book for learning about Isis and Her very rich and varied history in the world. I will always be amazed at the depths of Isis and the incredible impact that She has made on the entire history of civilization. I never knew all of these fascinating and exciting facts until reading this awesome work.

Isis was not only worshipped in Egypt, but throughout the civilized world and this book does a phenomenal job of explaining the very diversified and wide spread worship of the Great and Glorious Goddess. It is also compelling reading as the practice of how Isis worship shaped Christianity.  A must read for all who wish to learn more about Isis.

Mysteries of ISIS

By deTraci RegulaMysteries of ISIS.
This book is a MUST-READ for all thosewho have an deep interest in the worship and study of the Glorious Goddess ISIS. It is the one of the BEST books out there on the subject, as it not only gives you a great background on Ancient Egyptian Religion in general, it specifically focuses on the many Mysteries of ISIS!
There are numerous aspects of this awesome and amazing Goddess and deTraci really helps you to learn how to get to know Her intimately and personally, and to praise and worship Her on a daily basis. deTraci also offers a correspondence course that gets even more in depth regarding Isian Daily Rites, songs, divination, and more beautiful and practical ways to really connect with ISIS.
I personally highly recommend this book, and for those truly interested, you should get in touch with deTraci and take her course! You will not be disappointed in the least that you did. I am loving it and I have never been more at peace, loving and balanced in my entire life! ISIS will change your life.

The Ancient Egyptian Book of the Dead

By R.O.Faulkner.
In this volume of the Book of the Dead, or as the Ancient Egyptians called it "Chapters of Coming Forth by Day" the text is the translation of the papyrus prepared for the scribe Ani. It is a most beautiful collection and a must have for all serious students of the Goddess! Just the pictures alone! A must have, either this one or the translation by Budge, but I prefer Faulkner personally.

The Sacred Tradition in Ancient Egypt

By Rosemary Clark.
The best book in my collection. If you want to worship the Neteru as the Ancient Egyptians did, then this book is a 'must have'. Very complex but very rewarding. Does away with modern thought and reverts back to the way the Egyptians mind worked.

Through the Veil

By Peter PaddonAlkhemy's Ancient Mysteries.
This book is a practical, in-depth workbook, based on the Zero Degree correspondence course of the Sacred Hermetic Order of Asar-Ra.

It is a great book for learning about the Elements, Casting the Circle, Devotions to Deity, Raising Power, Symbolism, Meditation, Use of Incense and Energies, Unity with Divinity and lots more! It has practical suggestions for each chapter as well as homework assignments to help you get more out of it.

I highly recommend this book to those of you that are interested in Ancient Egyptian Ritual and the Deities of Egypt.

I have included a link to his website, which is well worth checking out.
