A garden has been created in lane behind Hamilton Terrace, off Dipe Lane, West Boldon.
This tranquil hidden garden was created from an overgrown derelict lane and is now a delightful community garden used by residents for peaceful relaxation and social gatherings. There is a wide range of shrubs, perennials, herbs and annuals to attract insects and birds. It has been featured on Tyne Tees Television and "Northern Glories. Award winner Northumbria in Bloom 2003 and 2005
