How it all began...
This community was originally founded by Queen Jeanette as a place to store & categorize the graphics that she had found all over the Internet. She eventually decided to open it up to the public so that a few of her friends could use the graphics too and maybe even add a few of their own. This is pretty much where it would have stopped had it not been for Debbie. One day she asked for suggestions about what to add to the community and someone suggested tutorials. Debbie has worked many long hours to try and accomodate PSPers. Fast forward to present day and we have evolved into the self-help community that we are today. So we started out as a storage place and have become a playground for anyone who loves to make pretty webpages/posts & even try their hand at making their own graphics! Amazing, huh?!
Today...
Pete, Annie, and ShabbyChic are sitting in the thrones at the head of the Palace and doing a wonderful job! I (Jeanette) went from being a stay at home mom to going back to college and entering the education field. I'm currently teaching full time and working on a Master's degree as a Reading Specialist. I'm so in debt to these three for making the Palace better than I ever dreamed it could be.

Lucky for you...we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can get your fill of graphics play any time you want!
Do you want to lurk & learn? No Problem! Many communities mandate that you post on the message boards every week or so in order to remain a member...they do this because it has a direct impact on their MSN ratings. We are much more relaxed about it. :o)
Family Friendly
I feel silly even mentioning this based on the very high caliber of our members here at TCAP...but I have to remind myself that we ARE on the Internet and anyone could surf on in here. We are a family friendly site. We have ZERO tolerance for profanity and/or pornography...suggestive or otherwise in any form...written or graphic...ZERO!!!
Paint Shop Pro
We have recently discovered Paint Shop Pro and are having loads of fun figuring out this program together. Most of us are still very new at it so if you are just starting out too...you have come to the right place! We are geared towards beginners but evolving as we speak. More advanced users should find our links to tube sites, tutorials & more to be both interesting & challenging. Be sure to check out the PSP Wing of the Palace to find out more...LOTS more!
Meet the Managers
Your managers in charge of all Palace Operations are Pete, Annie, and ShabbyChic. They can be reached by visiting your "Member Tools" page and selecting "Send Email To Managers." They are amazing and wonderful and talenting and selfless. Another way to contact them is just to give them a "shout out" on the message boards.
