OK...so now you have it...but now what?! Never fear...there are LOADS of tutorials on the Internet to help us get started and to keep us moving forward. The hardest part is finding the ones that are straight forward, updated & easy to understand. I have done all the screening for you and found what I think will work best for us. Below are listed a couple of links to sites that will explain the basics to you. Don't try to MEMORIZE all this information. Just print out the pages you can and keep them handy to refer to.

I recommend that you review BOTH of these sites.
Be sure to check out his Basic Tool, Color Palette & Layers tutorials too.
I suggest printing them all out...you WILL use them a lot in the beginning!

I recommend that you pick ONE site to work with - some are wordier than others.
It's strictly a matter of your own personal preference!
OK...so you have your reference materials printed out? Good! The only way to proceed from here is to roll up your sleeves and start creating your own art...that's right...YOU are an artist and about to prove that to yourself! Again, there are many MANY tutorials out there...feel free to search around if there is something in particular you want to try. OR, you can hop on over to the PSP Imaginarium where you will find a Beginner tutorial program that I think will help you learn how to USE those tools. This site has tutorials structured to get you up and running in 6 weeks! Get through this program and then you can go on to search for more difficult things to master.

You can sign up to take a course at Web Tech University. They have FREE internet classes in PSP5, 6 & 7. Classes start on the first and fifteen of every month. They also offer courses in HTML & Tables in case you are interested.
