| Directions for Creating Signatures 2. Somewhere on the opening page, it will say "Headings," and will have a list of different signature styles to choose from. Click on the style that appeals to you, and a sample will show up on the left side of the page. If you don't like that sample, click on a different style to preview another one. 3. Type your name or whatever you want to say in the "Text String" field. 4. Choose your font style where it says "Font." There is a drop down window of fonts to choose from. Click on the name of a font, and a sample will appear. When you find one that you like, click on "Use Font." You can also change the size of your signature. 5. Choose your background and font colors by clicking on the color box. (It is similar to the one on the message board.) Play around with it until you find a color that you like. 6. After you have all the combinations that you want, click on "Create Signature" (or something with a similar name that should be near the bottom of your screen). Another screen will pop up, and you will wait for a few seconds for your signature to be created. If you don't like the way it turns out, click on "back" and start over! 7. Click on your signature to download. Right click on your signature and name it whatever you'd like with a ".jpg" after it. (In order to use it in your communities, it must be saved as a ".jpg" file.) To add your signature to posts from your computer: Click on the mountain icon in the yellow box. Click on "My Computer" (found at the top). Click browse; find where you saved your signature to your computer. Click on "add photos." Your signature should appear in your post! |
