  All FOR ELEPHANTS is an organization based in Thailand, founded by Amanda de Normanville & Gary Soden, who, after making a trip to Africa, decided to help captive elephants in Thailand, with the exciting project to start an elephant sanctuary there. Boon Lott’s Elephant Sanctuary is going to be a revolution in elephant conservation in Thailand. Together as the Elephant Foundation, we plan to open a new type of sanctuary where the elephants are not made to perform tricks or work illegally, but can interact with each other in a herd environment, without chains – just as nature intended them to be.

 

 Sleeping under a highway-bridge, eating grass polluted by exhaust fumes, getting hit by traffic, being given drugs to make themwork longer and forget about their misery ... this is no way of life for a living creature! Bring the Elephant HOME has been created to support abused and overworked elephants in Thailand. The first and most urgently in need of our attention are elephants who are made to beg on the streets of Thailand. The aim of the walk is to get all elephants being used for begging off the street.

 

  Featured speakers at the 2006 EARS Conference in Hohenwald, Hank Hammatt and Dr. Susan Mikota, captivated the audience with their efforts to save the Sumatran elephants. The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee, founded in 1995, is the nation's single natural habitat refuge developed specifically for endangered African and Asian elephants. It operates on 2,700 acres in Hohenwald, Tennessee - 85 miles southwest of Nashville.

PAWS is a true sanctuary -- a permanent home where animals come first.
Founded by Hollywood animal trainer and author, Pat Derby, and partner, Ed Stewart, PAWS maintains 3 sanctuaries for captive wildlife -- 30 acres in Galt, California, and 100 acres (the Amanda Blake Wildlife Refuge) in Herald, California. PAWS is also in Phase I development of . "Ark 2000", 2300 acres of beautiful natural habitat in San Andreas, CA.
