FERRUGINOUS HAWK CAM Osmia found this nice 5-second updating cam of this interesting hawk(Buteo regalis), located in Eastern Washinton.
OSPREYCAM Suggested by Jon at the Orca Community, this excellent streaming cam from Brookhaven, New York, has sound and an intimate look at the osprey soon to nest now raising a family. This cam compliments of the Dennis Puleston Osprey Fund. For best picture, adjust the video controls on your RealPlayer by moving both sharpness and colour to maximum. Can make a huge difference!
OSPREYCAM Here is our old favorite from the Blackwater Refuge in Cambridge, Maryland. Enjoy watching the returned pair raise a new family. Very nice cam to become familiar with.
OSPREYCAM A good streaming cam from the Audubon Society in Connecticut. Yes, that is a little blue teddy bear in the nest! I am noticing more and more man-made objects in osprey nests. That is a hilarious one.
OSPREYCAM Woods Hole osprey nest located on the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution's Quissett Campus, Massachusetts, has a fair-size picture, quite clear, and is streaming! No sound, so nice to have another osprey cam with sound playing at the same time.
OSPREYCAM Beryl from Orca Community recommends yet another very nice cam. From Wilmington, North Carolina, this very natural scenic cam updates every 5 seconds. An osprey has been seen visiting, so it won't be long before we hopefully see two.
OSPREYCAM A@V from Orca Community recommended this excellent streaming cam from Barbee Mill in Renton, Washington. You can load this cam into your Windows MediaPlayer by pasting in this URL http://easylink.playstream.com/winlive/osprey.asx in your player (File, Open, paste, OK). Then you can watch it in the size you desire. This cam gives you an idea just how huge these ospreys are. When they alight with wings outstretched, they are impressive. To improve the video, try this: open your video settings on your Windows Player 10, increase the brightness, contrast, and saturation, and lower the hue. It should look much better.Main Information page HERE STATUS: ON LINE WITH EXCELLENT STREAM

OWL CAM This has two cams which give you are very intimate view of barn owls. Baby owls on the horizon! The nestbox is located in Benicia, California, in The Historic Arsenal District.
OWL CAMS Beryl from Orca Community suggested these cams from Washington state Dept. of Fish and Wildlife. . Cam 1 - the nestbox cam captures close-up 24hour day and night views of owl breeding, egg laying, incubating, care of the young and owl interactions.Cam 2 - the perch cam captures the owls as they come or go from the nestbox and is active only from the hours of 9:00PM to 5:00AM Check out the other cams at this site, too! They have a pretty good burrowing owl cam. While the cams are small various-second updating types, they are still worth checking out.
VALMONT OWL CAM Valmont Owl Cam features the great horned owl nest at Xcel Energy's Valmont Power Station in Boulder, CO. The cam is a two-minute updating type and is on 24/7.
EASTERN SCREECH OWL CAM I thought at first that this cam wouldn't be too good, as the owl wasn't moving too much, and the cam updates at 1 minute intervals. But I have learned that it is full of surprises! On the button you can see, for instance, that a starling has entered the owls home! This is the sort of thing that makes it quite interesting. Check out Chris' Eastern Screech Owl Nest Box for an interesting blog Chris keeps, with lots of past pics, some quite amazing. "The 2006 eastern screech owl (Megascops asio, formerly Otus asio) nesting season is underway in this urban Austin, Texas, nest box." STATUS: The season is now over as the owlets have left the nest, but this site has lots of great photos, and Chris promises to post new photos as he sees owls, so visit it from time to time.
