March 23, 1997, Lunar Eclipse UFO

It was approximately 8:00 p.m., March 23, 197. I had parked in a farmer’s field just south of Millwoods in Edmonton. I was photographing the lunar eclipse when I noticed a jet approaching from the south. It was low on the horizon and moving straight for me. All of a sudden, I saw a big, bright light appear above and behind the jet. It followed the jet, slowly moving over top of it. Then it moved quickly up and away as the jet banked to the west heading toward the International Airport. The UFO continued on to the north and disappeared over the horizon.

I remember seeing a video on TV sometime later that showed an object that had the same shape as this one but can’t remember what show.
