October 20th 2005 - Hi everyone - Thanks for voting! The Long Road Of Nickelback has won 9 out of the 10 awards that it was nominated for at the Confucious Web Awards! Go visit the Confucious Web Awards Winners Page and see The Long Road Of Nickelback's dominance in Season 12! The Long Road Of Nickelback won the following awards: Best Site Name; Best Unhosted; Best Layout; Best Older; Best Content; Best Fan Site; Best Web Master; and Best Overall. Noone won the Best Network award, as not enough site nominations was made. These awards means so much to me, because they represent to me how many loyal visitors The Long Road Of Nickelback series of websites have! Voting is most likely to start in a few days for Confucious Web Awards: Season 13, so I hope you all vote as you did for the dominance of Seasons 11 & 12, as I am confirmed in 10 categories for Season 13! October 13th 2005 - Today is the big day!!! Nickelback's coast-to-coast Canadian mini tour!!! 4 cities of Canada will be toured in just 1 day!!! Starting in Halifax, then moving onto Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver!!!
October 11th 2005 - Unexpectedly, All The Right Reasons has entered at number 13 in the UK Albums Chart and Photograph has dropped out of the Top 40 in the UK Singles Chart in only it's second week!!! However, when you consider that Daniel Adair has confirmed that Photograph is the number 1 downloaded song on iTunes and with an historical number of downloads, this really makes the position of Photograph in the UK Singles Chart pale into insignificance! Also, considering the UK Singles Chart includes downloads now, I believe Nickelback has been cheated from having a number 1 single, as we all know how much corruption there is with most bands in the UK Singles Charts paying for certain entries without selling a single copy. So, yes, Nickelback outside of the Top 40...It really does pale into insignificance! Keep up the good work Nickelback!!!

October 3rd 2005 - I bought All The Right Reasons today!!! I've already listened to it atleast twice!!! It is excellent!!! Nickelback's best album yet, and expect a review by me soon!!!

October 2nd 2005 - Twas the night before All The Right Reasons...All was well with Nickelback's performance of Photograph on Top Of The Pops, except it unbelievably entered at number 29!
September 28th 2005 - All The Right Reasons is released in Japan today!!! Japan are the most luckiest with how the release of the album has turned out, as Japan has the 11 tracks normal edition, aswell as 2 special editions! One of the special editions has a bonus DVD of the 2nd re-release of Nickelback: The Videos, this time re-named as Nickelback: Photo Album - The Videos, while the other special edition version has 2 bonus tracks - We Will Rock You (Queen Cover Version featuring a Guest Guitar Solo by Brian May) and Some Day (Acoustic Live); aswell as it being released 5 days earlier than Europe and the UK!!!
September 26th 2005 - Sorry for the incorrect information about Nickelback performing Photograph on Top Of The Pops last night, but it was confirmed by Daniel Adair on his Official Site. However, now a confirmed showing of the Nickelback's recorded performance of Photograph will be shown on Top Of The Pops this Sunday, October 2nd 2005...The day before All The Right Reasons is released! In other Nickelback news, the video for Photograph is now available to vote for on Video C! Vote for it here! The video for Photograph is now also available at Smash Hits! September 10th 2005 - Nickelback are set to make history on October 13th by making promotional stops in 4 different cities in Canada! The history making promotional stops will be at Halifax, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver - In that order! In each city Nickelback will perform live and sign autographs for their fans. Nickelback will be flying in a Boeing Next-Generation 737-700 provided by WestJet. Nickelback's fans will also have a chance to take flight across Canada, and they details of how fans can win a seat on the plane will be released soon, along with a full list of events, so I'll be sure to let you know when it is. August 18th 2005 - The late Dimebag Darrell will be appearing on Nickelback's tribute song titled Side Of A Bullet! There will be a solo in Side Of A Bullet put together from the outtakes of Dimebag Darrell's recording during the Vulgar Display Of Power and Far Beyond Driven Pantera albums! The 24 second solo was contributed to Nickelback by Dimebag Darrell's brother, drummer Vinnie Paul! For more information on this interesting development, click here! August 14th 2005 - Seen as I haven't updated the Nickelback News section for a bit with any proper Nickelback news, I would like to apologise for that and therefore, I have a lot of stuff to tell you all about, but just so you know, none of The Long Road Of Nickelback sites have gone neglected, as I've been hard at work at improving various sections throughout the sites & MSN Group, so feel free to roam around and enjoy it all! With a new album around the corner from Nickelback, everything is getting exciting!!! First of all, 3 new Nickelback tour dates in Germany have been confirmed, so head over to the Tour Dates section to check them out! Second of all, the release of Photograph to 99.3 The Fox on August 3rd with it's weird sound effects half-way through to prevent it being worthwhile sharing, and now the release all over American & Canadian radio! Third of all, although the official tracklisting has now been confirmed, there are no details of the tracklisting on the Limited Edition version of the new album, so check the Standard Edition official tracklisting in the Albums section, so be sure to head over to there! Fourth of all, the front cover to the new single - Photograph is finally allowed to go on, so check that out in the Singles section! Fifth of all, Nigel Dick has revealed that the music video for Photograph has been finished and it's with RoadRunnerRecords, however he mentioned that the TV stations make decisions on when it is aired, so get bombarding all the music stations, especially MTV and VH1, but ofcourse, because I have The Hits and TMF, you have to all get bombarding them, too, so I can see it!
