Dear Friend / Visitor From Around The  , Hello ! We welcome you to this site. First, a small introduction to ourselves - We, members of ' The Prasad Family ' are based at Bombay, in India. This is the Flag of our country . . . . . .  Bombay is the city, where cost of living is calculated as . . . your income + 20 % ! We are a middle class family, living in a small house - where the walls are so thin, that whenever the lady of our family starts peeling onions, the people next door start crying ! We speak ' Tamil ' at home. They call our language ' Mother Tongue ' because father seldom gets to use it ! The head of our family called himself a bachelor, before he got married. Now you should hear what he calls himself ! When our kids were born, we did not know whether to buy a crib or a cage ! We are a close knit family and have quite a few families, who are very close friends of ours, both in India as well as in other countries. We also have a Cocker Spaniel. Our dog is known as ' Man’s best friend ' because . . . . it gives no advise, never tries to borrow money and has no in-laws ! Perhaps its only a co-incidence, but man’s best friend cant talk ! There is no doubt that it is around the ' family ' and the home, that all the greatest virtues of human society are created, maintained and strengthened ! We believe that family relations and friendships, need to be constantly nurtured - for them to keep growing. We believe strongly in humour. Laughter is an instant vacation ! It is a very wise person, who can laugh at himself or herself along with others and enjoy it as much as they do ! If you cant laugh at the jokes of this age, then at-least laugh at the age of these jokes ! You need to have a sense of humour – an ability to laugh at your own jokes, when we repeat them back to you ! Now that the internet has offered un-limited opportunities for all of us to be innovative, we have created this simple site, mainly to help all of us up-date one another, on each other's activities and thus help to grow our relations, even further ! We have conceived this site, as a fun web site not only for our friends and family members, but for all people who believe in family values. We also welcome those who are interested in knowing more about Indian families. Through this site, all of us can exchange and share on-line - family snaps, articles, information, values, adventures, holidays, vacations, interests etc; On the left handside of this page ( at the top left ) are various sections to - family pictures, humour, important dates, food recipes, chats, URL links, messages etc. You are welcome to view the same. More importantly, do add your own contributions to each of the sections and especially your own family photos and page or site links to these collections. Please consider this site, as your own site.
