The word 'Shyness' can hardly begin to describe all the painful thoughts and experiences of someone who suffers with Social Anxiety / Social Phobia. It can make you so terrified that living a normal life is impossible; it can interfere with your job, your close friends - even family! Severe shyness is not just about feeling shy with strangers! It makes you feel as if you are the only one in the world who suffers this way, and it can totally overwhelm you.
Yet it is not so impossible to learn the right techniques to help yourself overcome this crippling condition - and you are by no means alone.
